Our physicians sympathize with patients that may be suffering from chronic pain, anxiety, depression and ADD/ADHD requiring prolonged treatment with controlled substances. Dillon Family Medicine enforces a controlled substance policy. If you will be on these medications long term, your provider will discuss whether it would be appropriate to prescribe three month predated prescriptions for you. Whether you are prescribed one or three months prescriptions you will be required to have an office visit, a urine drug screen and sign a Controlled Substance Contract to pick-up your refills. Refills of these medications will not be allowed by phone and will only be written by your personal medical provider. We promote a comprehensive approach to these difficult conditions. Your provider will discuss with you about how to best manage your conditions and speak with you about alternative therapies and treatments available to you.
For the convenience of our patients we have partnered with Dillon Community Pharmacy. This will allow Dillon Family Medicine patients have the option to have their prescriptions filled at Dillon Family Pharmacy located in our main lobby.

This visit will focus on health maintenance and preventative care for Medicare Patients to better your health. Medicare covers an Annual Wellness Visit (AWV) providing Personalized Prevention Plan Services (PPPS) for beneficiaries who are not within the first 12 months of their first Medicare Part B coverage period; and have not received an Initial Preventive Physical Examination (IPPE) or AWV within the past 12 months.
